From my childhood, various sports were close to me, which I did as a hobby, e.g.  swimming, cycling, badminton, dancing.  When I was a teenager, I had a high degree of scoliosis, which was operated on at the age of 16, and physical exercise and strengthening the muscles along the spine became of prime importance.  However, as an adult, working constantly in front of a computer all day caused my back began to hurt.  At that time I found spine training, which played an increasingly important role in my life and thanks to that my back pain slowly decreased and disappeared.  It has been part of my life on a weekly basis for 8 years now.  In 2021, I completed the Fitness Academy Fitness Instructor training course and gave online training and spine training.  During the day, I hold office spine training for colleagues at my workplace.  It is my passion to make people aware of the importance of maintaining a healthy spine and to help them reduce the risk of future spine problems and possible complaints.  Spine training sessions provide an excellent opportunity to move our spine and strengthen our back muscles.  During the classes, we are doing series of exercises that affect the whole body.  However, we pay attention to doing all this in a way that is gentle on the spine.  I look forward to seeing you at my classes :)
