Yoga for the spine, Flow yoga

Sports have been an integral part of my life since childhood. A knee injury and the "noise" of the competitive world made me try yoga 10 years ago. At first our relationship didn't deepen, as a multiple beginner I was lucky enough to learn several styles (Ashtanga, Hatha, Women's yoga, Spinal yoga, Flow). Depending on what was most helpful for my stage of life, I practiced more and more and felt the positive effects not only physically, but also mentally and spiritually.

My qualifications: Certified women's yoga (2018) and Spine yoga instructor (2020), Hatha Yoga instructor and OKJ fitness instructor (ongoing)
