Sunrise vinyasa yoga, Traditional hatha yoga

I went to my first hatha yoga class more than ten years ago, and I got immediately hooked, even though I couldn’t do all poses and I could not even reach my toes :)
However, I liked it so much that I continued practicing and I soon started noticing its benefits: my back pain and migraines were gone. Then, of course, I realized that the asanas were just opening the door to a much more complex and broader discipline - what yoga is really all about.
My enthusiasm hasn't diminished since then, and I've even tried several styles. I currently practice hatha, vinyasa flow and ashtanga yoga. In 2016, I completed a 200-hour hatha yoga instructor training, so that I could pass on all the good things that I myself have benefited from with the help of yoga.
I welcome you to any class even as a complete beginner. No matter how flexible or strong you are, the benefits and the opportunity to develop are available to anyone.
