I started practicing yoga in 2014, since then it has been a part of my daily routine. When I tried yoga for the first time, I experienced a tingling sensation in my body during relaxation. I had never felt this before and I immediately fell in love with yoga. Besides, the physical and mental benefits of doing yoga helps me a lot, it gives me challenge, improvement, possibilities, strength, energy and peace.
I am constantly striving for improvement physically and mentally. The yoga teacher and other training courses I attended during the years contributed to my development and helped me to increase my body awareness. My favorite yoga types are yoga therapy and dynamic yoga. Regarding our modern sedentary lifestyle, I use exercises to correct my client’s posture. I aim to help practitioners to improve their body awareness so they can implement it in their own practice.
