Power yoga, Yogani’s Beat&Flow
Movement is our essence: it helps us maintain a healthy body, frees our mind, and helps us connect with ourselves. I have experienced all of this through many forms of movement, but yoga has always given me more than just movement.
When I had a sedentary job, it freed me from my bondage; when I became a mother, it filled the need for silence. It taught me to find what I need when I step onto my mat in every situation: whether it is relaxation, encouragement, or just a breather.
When I am tired or depressed, stretching smoothes and recharges me. When I want to be strengthened and challenged, I practice at a more intense pace and dare to try more advanced asanas. No matter how the practice turns out, the greatest gift is always the same: attention inward, a journey of self-knowledge, a refreshment of the body, and a rest for the mind.
It is precisely these experiences that have made sadhana indispensable to me: without any spasms, I return to it again and again, while everything around me is constantly changing. Yoga gives permanence, stability and security in the midst of change.
In my classes, I would like the practitioners to experience all this: to be able to get closer to themselves with each breath and move towards a fuller, more conscious life.
I look forward to seeing you in my classes!
