What is BODYART®?
One of the most effective functional training forms, which is also more than that: it simultaneously addresses physical and mental well-being through movement and breathing. It moves you completely and intensely, pleasantly tires you and recharges you. The exercises are performed at your own rhythm, at the pace of your breathing, which calms the mind and improves breathing efficiency.
It develops strength, endurance and movement coordination, has a posture-improving effect by strengthening the deep muscles, and has a positive effect on body awareness.
The exercises can be performed at different difficulty levels so beginners and rebeginner are also welcomed. But long-time active practitioners will also find plenty of challenges.
