Spine mobility class with Tünde

What should you know about spine training?
Spine training classes offer an excellent opportunity to mobilise the spine and strengthen back muscles.
My goal is to develop a correct posture with a combination of strengthening, mobilising and stretching exercises. During the classes we practice full-body movement sequences that help improve coordination and balance. With regular practice these exercises can reduce back discomfort and help prevent future musculoskeletal problems. This is a moderately intense class.
